Responsibilities
A further reason for the School of Medicine’s expansion both on and off campus is its presence in areas such as education, clinical care, and research, and research, our team remains instrumental in ensuring the seamless delivery of clinical care, advancing research initiatives, and facilitating educational endeavors
Provides custodial services for a department by performing various cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and healthy work area for staff and visitors
Collects and disposes of trash and waste products by taking them to the appropriate compactor
Cleans and disinfects bathrooms, sanitizes telephones, washes desks, and cleans lunch/service areas
Operates mechanical floor cleaners and vacuums and utilizes mop buckets, wringers, etc
Mops, buffs, and maintains all floors, dust/vacuums work areas and offices
Washes interior and exterior windows
Changes lights utilizing appropriate ladders
Performs other duties as assigned
3rd shift schedule is typically Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Some weekends and overtime may be required
